A submission wrestling Martial Art that focuses on getting an opponent to the ground and finishing them with chokeholds and joint manipulation. This style is a combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and Catch Wrestling. This style is effective in the highest levels of competition and for any self-defense situation. It is taught in both Gi and No-Gi. Jiu-Jitsu classes are traditionally taught in a GI and will have a ranking system.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
A full-contact martial art that combines wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu into a complete workout. In MMA, you will learn striking, grappling, takedown, and the ability to fight in every position. Learn to fight like you belong in the UFC!
No-Gi Submission Wrestling
Learn to grapple in a T-shirt and board shorts. You will learn armbar, takedowns, leg locks, wrist locks, chokeholds, and many other skills to advance your training. By training daily, you will gain valuable skills, confidence, and mastery of your body.
Jab, hook, cross, uppercut your way to improving your punches and building better coordination. Watch your punches transform from pillows to cinderblocks with focus mitts, punching bags, and footwork drills. Learn the sweet science of boxing and burn calories while learning how to hit and not get hit.
Muay Thai Kick boxing
In this class you will learn how to punch kick, knee, elbow, and fight from a clinch. This class consists of striking Thai Pads, punching bags, foot work drills, defense and counter striking. This class is to sharpen your skills, get a total body workout and learn the The technicalities of turning your body into a weapon.
Greco-Roman wrestling, style of wrestling practiced in Olympic and international amateur competitions. In Greco-Roman wrestling the legs may not be used in any way to obtain a fall, and no holds may be taken below the waist. Other rules and procedures for Greco-Roman wrestling are the same as those for freestyle wrestling, the other international amateur style.
Wrestling, Is practiced in various styles by two competitors, involving forcing an opponent to touch the ground with some part of the body other than his feet; forcing him into a certain position, usually supine (on his back); or holding him in that position for a minimum length of time. Wrestling is conducted in various styles with contestants upright or on the ground (or mat).
Women’s American Jiu-Jitsu

Kid’s Mixed Martial Arts
Learn basic techniques while building confidence and self-control. Bully proof your child in any situation.
Young students will learn the basics of ground fighting, take downs, submissions and superior positioning. Teach them young and they will keep their skills for life!
Live sparring in a controlled environment that is open to all members of the gym. This is live boxing, kickboxing, or MMA sparring rounds at a mild intensity. Apply your training in a realistic environment while learning how to hone your skills.
Open Mat Grappling
You can bring a Gi, shorts, tee-shirt, wrestling shoes, and even your friend. The choice is yours! We set the timer and we keep the rounds going for 90 minutes. Roll as many rounds as you want and take as many breaks as you want. Wrestling, grapple, start standing, on the ground, roll with the Gi or without the choice is yours! We work hard all week, so you choose the intensity and have some fun. This is FREE sessions open to nonmembers with existing grappling experience.
